Returns and Refunds

Because JDL products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes. Please review the product description and size guide before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, email justdominatinglife@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Do not return an item unless we provide instructions.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no delivery or your package appears lost, contact us promptly. Claims should be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct size or color exchanges because every item is produced specifically for the order. A replacement order must be placed for a different selection unless the original item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time after the refund is issued.
